    Time for Two Balls...Dominant Hand!

  • Start with one ball in each hand.
  • First, toss the ball from your dominant hand to your nondominant hand.
  • When this ball reaches the height of your head, throw the ball that is in your nondominant hand.
  • Be sure that each ball peaks at a point a little above your head.
  • Work on getting 50 throws with two balls, then...
