Half Reverse
This pattern in similar to 3 balls, except for that each ball that you throw from your dominant hand, throw it over rather than under.
First, toss the ball from your dominant hand to your nondominant hand.
Then toss the ball in your nondominant hand.
As this ball comes down, throw the ball in your dominant hand over rather than under.
